Hi everyone! I’m a 4th year BioE student looking to pursue a career in therapeutics. I was previous Corporate Committee Co-Chair and have had some working experience in both the biotech and pharmaceutical space. On the side, I love doing anything active (bouldering, running, hiking) and am constantly searching for anything aesthetic (aka going to cafes, hidden shops, and furniture shopping). Please feel free to reach out for school/career advice or if you ever want to just chat 🙂

Hi! I’m a current masters student in mechanical engineering and did my undergraduate in biomedical engineering at Cal Poly SLO. My career goals are to enter the medical device space and make an impact. Some of my interests are rock climbing, playing/watching sports, listening to music(mostly alt r&b and rap, but a little bit of everything), and finally my favorite hobby: eating. I’m excited to be a senior advisor this school year and help you guys in any way I can!

Hi everyone! I’m Romain and I’m a masters student studying mechanical engineering with a concentration in biomechanics. My previous internships have mostly been in product design but I’m interested in getting into the medical device industry. My current capstone project at Berkeley involves attempting to automate the process of DNA Origami Synthesis. Outside of work an academics, I like to go to the gym and I’ve recently picked up bouldering as well. Although I was born in the U.S. I grew up in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and am now living in Dubai when I’m not here. I’m very excited to meet everyone in BMES!
